Windows 7 arrives early and pre-orders break records.

Ok,so Windows 7 is due to arrive and be out tomorrow, but for some lucky Brits, they have received their copy a day early. Why? Because there are soon going to be postal strikes across the country so retailers have let them out a day early to avoid annoyed customers. What this means is that people right now have installed a full version of Windows 7 on their computers, it is a hot topic on twitter at the moment as well, and is expected to be over the next couple of hours if not days.

Online retail giant Amazon has also announced that Windows 7 sold more pre-order copies in 8 hours than Vista did in the whole pre-order period. This is staggering also because it shows how desperate people are to get away from Vista, which you can find out how to improve here. So, have you ordered 7 yet or are you going to buy a version in the shops tomorrow? Comment down below as it is always interesting to see what you think. Also, grab 7 before 2010 begins to get the best deal on it, as it is £80 now and will raise to £100 next year, so sooner rather than later is recommended.
