The Nokia E72 had been on the Vodafone coming soon page for yonks, to say the least. But now it is out for purchase. It is free on £30 a month for 2 years and is said to be £300 on PAYG. What's better than the E71? Well, this phone has a nice 5MP snapper under the bonnet, alongside GPS and a full QWERTY keyboard. There is also Wifi, HSDPA, quadband and all the other stuff you'd expect from modern day smartphones. It has a claimed 20 days of battery on standby, with 12 hours talk time. So this would be a handy alternative to a Blackberry Curve if you feel the desire to stray away from arguably the best in this field. It is available here but the details page isn't working yet. But expect some sort of 600 minutes and unlimited texts and web.
