Should Apple have let Google Voice onto the App Store?

Some of you may have heard that Apple created a mobile phone and it has its own little application store where you can download stuff for it. Now there are many thousands of these applications so most go by without people noticing them, but there have been one or two in particular which have been brought to the spotlight. One of these is the Google Voice app. Used on the desktop by people who know about it, Google wanted it mobile on the biggest platform out there, the Apple iPhone. So they made their little Voip app and stuck it on the app store, or so they thought. Because soon after it became known that Apple had rejected it. The FCC then made an official inquiry as to why it was rejected, bringing the whole story to light. Then came a lot of confusion between Phil Schiller apparently rejecting it himself, apple rejecting it, AT&T rejecting it because they want people to use their network. But now it is up there for free on the app store so with all that behind apple and google look set for a new future.
