So, Blackberry are one of the biggest smartphone manufacturers in the world. They revolutionised business phones years ago, and are still being innovative today. One of their newest innovations is the trackpad. This now features in two Blackberrys, the 9700 Bold and the 8520 Curve. This is the replacement for the rollerball which had its ups and downs. This new 9700 Bold was announced today, and it is the classic recipe for a hit. Featuring a 2.4" screen, 3.2mp camera, 3G, wifi, gps, 16GB micro sd slot (2GB card included), 3.5mm jack and a superb battery life. It does weigh 122g, which is 14g more than the 8520 Curve, but this has 3G whereas the 8520 Curve does not. So, will this be a hit? Almost certainly, a cracking job from RIM.
